Yoga with Anne is infused with 30+ years of experience as a midwife, yoga teacher, and guide for women through some of life’s most transformative seasons. These practices are not about performance or pushing — they are about presence, awareness, strength with softness, and learning to listen deeply to your body.

Anne’s teaching weaves together alignment-based yoga, breathwork, meditation, and visualization to support not only physical well-being, but emotional steadiness, nervous-system regulation, and a felt sense of connection within yourself.

The Yoga Anne Teaches

Yoga With a Midwife’s Heart My teaching style is rooted in safety, anatomy, and deep listening. We blend classical Hatha alignment with a slow, mindful flow that prioritizes how a pose feels over how it looks. This isn't about performance; it’s about using breath to navigate intensity, building the kind of inner resilience that serves you on the mat, in birth, and in daily life.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga supports strength, space, stamina, and confidence throughout pregnancy.

Classes are slow-flowing and alignment-based, incorporating breathwork and visualization to ease discomforts, support baby’s positioning, and prepare for labor and birth.

Mindful Hatha Flow Yoga

A mixed-level, intentional practice focused on alignment, breath-led movement, and inner steadiness.

These classes build strength and flexibility while cultivating the ability to relax into intensity — on and off the mat.

Yoga for groups and retreats

Clarity Breathwork is a gentle yet profoundly grounding practice that uses conscious breathing to calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with the deeper wisdom of your body. Through guided, accessible techniques, you’ll learn to soften stress, regulate your emotions, and create more ease in your daily life.

This work is supportive for pregnant people, offering tools for relaxation, labor preparation, emotional steadiness, and deep connection with baby.

It is equally transformative for non-pregnant individuals, helping to ease anxiety, support healing, move through overwhelm, cultivate presence, and feel more anchored and at home within yourself.

Breathwork sessions are available online from the comfort of your home or in person, and each session is tailored to your unique needs, pace, and season of life. You will be held with compassion, grounding, and gentle guidance throughout.
