Yoga with Anne is infused with decades of experience as a midwife, yoga teacher, and guide for women through some of life’s most transformative seasons. These practices are not about performance or pushing — they are about presence, awareness, strength with softness, and learning to listen deeply to your body.
Anne’s teaching weaves together alignment-based yoga, breathwork, meditation, and visualization to support not only physical well-being, but emotional steadiness, nervous-system regulation, and a felt sense of connection within yourself.
Classes are offered online, in person, and through on-demand courses, so you can practice in a way that feels accessible and supportive for your life.
The Yoga Anne Teaches
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga supports strength, space, stamina, and confidence throughout pregnancy.
Classes are slow-flowing and alignment-based, incorporating breathwork and visualization to ease discomforts, support baby’s positioning, and prepare for labor and birth.
Mindful Hatha Flow Yoga
A mixed-level, intentional practice focused on alignment, breath-led movement, and inner steadiness.
These classes build strength and flexibility while cultivating the ability to relax into intensity — on and off the mat.
Gentle Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga
Soothing, prop-supported practices designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite deep rest.
Especially supportive during pregnancy, postpartum, or times of stress.
Yoga for Labor & Birth Preparation
Experiential practices and workshops that support movement, positioning, breathwork, and partner connection for labor.
Designed to help you work with your body during birth with confidence and calm.
